On March 15, 2011, the \u201cThe University of Texas at Dallas (UT Dallas) Top 100 North American Rankings of Business Schools Based on Research Contribution 2006-2010\u201d was released. For the first time, the College of Business Administration at Florida International University (FIU) made the list, coming in at #98.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cThis ranking positions us among the country\u2019s top research business schools,\u201d said Executive Dean Joyce J. Elam<\/strong>. \u201cWe are delighted to have reached this milestone and are committed to keeping the momentum going so we can continue to move up on the list.\u201d<\/p>\n

The School of Management at UT Dallas ranks the top 100 schools in North America and worldwide based on publications in 24 leading journals in major business disciplines for the previous five years.<\/p>\n

Seventeen faculty members from the college—spanning the Management and International Business Department, the Decision Sciences and Information Systems Department and the School of Accounting—were the individuals whose contributions made the ranking possible.<\/p>\n
