The R. Kirk Landon Undergraduate School at Florida International University (FIU) was among the top in the country in this specialty, ranking 21<sup>st<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSince international business is one of our strategic areas of focus, we are pleased to have ranked so highly in <em>Bloomberg Businessweek<\/em>\u2019s inaugural evaluation of this specialty,\u201d said Joyce J. Elam, executive dean of FIU\u2019s College of Business Administration. \u201cThis assessment is another proof point of the stature of our international business offerings, at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Other publications that validate the college\u2019s strengths in international business include<em> U.S.News &amp; World Report<\/em>, which ranked FIU\u2019s undergraduate international business programs #15 in the nation and its Chapman Graduate School 24th in the international specialty. Also, in its 2011 rankings of exceptional graduate business programs globally and in Latin America. <em>Am\u00e9ricaEconom\u00eda<\/em>, the leading business magazine in Latin America, ranked the Chapman Graduate School among the top 50 business schools worldwide for its full-time International MBA. The publication has ranked FIU\u2019s International MBA among world\u2019s top 50 graduate programs in international business for eight consecutive years.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-12367 size-full\" title=\"Businessweek best undergraduate b-schools\" src=\"https:\/\/biznews.fiu.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/bloomberg2.jpg\" alt=\"Businessweek best undergraduate b-schools\" width=\"300\" height=\"258\" \/><em>College places in top 50 in two other specialty areas.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The <em>Bloomberg Businessweek<\/em> ranking is based on responses by more than 85,000 senior business students at more than 100 top B-schools.
