That happy news was a key message in \u201cThe Further Reaches of Adult Development,\u201d a lecture by Harvard University professor Robert Kegan. Part of the Leadership Lectures 2011 hosted by the Center for Leadership of the College of Business Administration at Florida International University (FIU), the lecture and a workshop took place on October 18, 2011. Kegan, an award-winning preeminent scholar, shared with nearly 100 guests what he has learned from thirty years of studying the potential for ongoing mental development in adulthood.<\/p>\n
