Nunez (MS \u201998, BA \u201994), led a highly interactive session for 33 students in the <em>Health Policy and Economics<\/em> course, part of the <a href=\"http:\/\/business.fiu.edu\/chapman\/hcmba\/index.cfm\" target=\"_blank\">Healthcare MBA<\/a> offered in the College of Business. Nunez<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Nunez is vice president of external affairs at HCA hospitals, Kendall Regional Medical Center and Aventura Medical Center. Previously she served as vice president of government affairs for the Jackson Health System and chief of staff to state senator Alex Diaz de la Portilla.
