<\/a><\/p>\n For the second time in three years, a team of graduate students from the Hollo School of Real Estate at Florida International University (FIU) captured third place in the ARGUS Software\u2019s University Challenge. Winners of this annual case competition were announced on March 16, 2015.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen a university team scores high one time, you might think it\u2019s luck. But when it happens again to another team from the same university, you know it\u2019s because the academic program is strong,\u201d said Zhonghua Wu, associate professor who served as advisor for the team. \u201cIn the Hollo School of Real Estate, we have a culture of success in place that enables students to achieve excellence.\u201d<\/p>\n Wu had high praise for the team of \u201cquality, motivated students\u201d from FIU\u2019s Master of Science in International Real Estate (MSIRE)<\/a> program in the College of Business: Hugo Barragan, Andres Lozano, Luis F. Moran (BBA \u201994), Michelle Pabon (BBA \u201912) and Jing Yang. William Hardin, director of the Hollo School, called the team members \u201csuperstars.\u201d<\/p>\n
