Picha has more than twenty years\u2019  experience in providing tax and consulting services to clients in the real  estate industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"copy2\"><strong><\/strong>Ocariz, Gitlin &amp; Zomerfeld LLP Certified  Public Accountants of Coral Gables has added <strong>Pilar L. Escandon<\/strong> (BBA \u201996) as tax manager. Escandon previously was a tax manager in the Miami  office of CBIZ Inc. and held tax and accounting positions with Forshee &amp;  Lockwood P.A.; Ryder System, Inc.; and Morrison, Brown, Argiz &amp; Farra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"copy2\"><strong><\/strong><strong>Ramon A. Usategui<\/strong> (BBA \u201901)  has been named senior vice president and controller at the Bank of Coral Gables.  He was most recently a finance officer and loan-operations officer for Coconut  Grove Bank.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"copy2\"><strong><\/strong>Alumni Circle member <strong>Tony  Lopez<\/strong> (MS \u201905) has been elected to serve on the National Recreation and  Parks Association\u2019s (NRPA) National Forum for parks and recreation for a  three-year term.
