Since 2005, U.S.News & World Report\u2019s \u201cAmerica’s Best Colleges\u201d<\/em> has ranked undergraduate international business programs in the College of Business Administration at Florida International University (FIU) among the 15 best in the nation, three times in the top 10. In 2010, this specialty within the college\u2019s programs ranked #12 and was the only program in Florida to make the top 20 in the category.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cThe efforts we\u2019ve made—through our Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER), our International Business Honors (IB Honors) program in conjunction with FIU\u2019s Honors College, our participation in the Consortium for Undergraduate International Business Education (CUIBE), our Alternative Break-Global Leadership and Service Project to Thailand (AB-GLSP) and our undergraduate Journal for Global Business and Community<\/em> (JGBC)—are having a continuing impact on the quality of the education we offer and the degree to which it\u2019s being recognized,\u201d said Robert Hogner<\/strong>, development director for undergraduate international business programs.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m delighted that the hard work by our faculty and staff to continuously improve our offerings in the area of international business has been recognized by U.S.News & World Report<\/em> for the sixth consecutive year,\u201d said Joyce Elam<\/strong>, executive dean of the business school. \u201cI know the recognition is one factor that will inspire us to keep implementing our plans for improving our programs even more.\u201d<\/p>\n Rankings reflect evaluations by peers.<\/em><\/p>\n
