Lavina (MAcc \u201914), co-founder and CEO of Taxfyle; Jessica Mobassaleh (MBA \u20182019), vice president of human resources at Elegant Beauty Supplies; Claudia Prado (MBA \u201919, BBA \u201917), director of corporate social responsibility at Univision Communications; Rayner Urdaneta (BBA \u201905), CEO of Monat Global; and Fred Zutel (BBA \u201909), head of corporate risk and broking \u2013 Florida at Willis Towers Watson.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FIU Business was the Presenting Sponsor for the 2020 awards, so Joanne Li, the college\u2019s dean had the opportunity to make remarks at a virtual awards celebration on August 14.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She urged the honorees to \u201cstep forward with a strong vision and an entrepreneurial spirit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe paths you walk now are unlike any we have experienced,\u201d Li said. \u201cEach of you have had to deal with enormous challenges in your personal and professional lives.
