Alumnus <strong>Mariano de Socarraz<\/strong> (BBA \u201989), chief executive officer of CorePlus, LLC. will receive the \u201cFounder Award.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7216 size-full\" title=\"Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame to honor two individuals, one company.\" src=\"https:\/\/biznews.fiu.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/ehof.jpg\" alt=\"Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame to honor two individuals, one company.\" width=\"525\" height=\"254\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Brian Keeley<\/strong>, president and chief executive officer, Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF) will accept the South Florida Entrepreneurial Company of the Year award on behalf of BHSF. In addition, the winners of <em>The Miami Herald<\/em> Business Plan Challenge, presented by the Eugenio Pino Global Entrepreneurship Center, will be announced at the event.<\/p>\n<p>Morrison, Brown, Argiz, &amp; Farra, LLP is the presenting sponsor of this year\u2019s celebration, which is the college\u2019s major alumni event each year.<\/p>\n<p>The festivities take place from 6:00- 9:00 p.m. at Jungle Island.
