Munoz<\/strong> (BBA \u201980) has been named executive vice president and chief lending officer at Professional Bank.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gary Opper<\/strong> (MS \u201983) is the managing member of Levie-Opper, LLC, a forensic accounting practice. He has been the National Association of Mortgage Brokers&#8217; \u201cWriter of the Year\u201d and \u201cFeatured Writer of the Year.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benjamin D. Bohlmann<\/strong> (MS \u201990) has been named to Miami Symphony Orchestra\u2019s board.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Annie Hernandez<\/strong> (BBA \u201992) has been appointed to The Florida Bar\u2019s Voluntary Bar Liason Committee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monica Navarro<\/strong> (BBA \u201999) was recently honored by the <em>South Florida Business Journal<\/em> as one of the region\u2019s best and brightest professionals under 40 years old.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In Memoriam<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Aquilino Perez<\/strong> (BACC \u201993), known as \u201cLino,\u201d was 43 years old when he died unexpectedly on May 22, 2010. He was employed by The Related Group of Florida and headed their IT function. He is survived by his wife, <strong>Sandy Perez <\/strong>(BBA \u201999), his 13-year-old son and his 12-year-old daughter.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Roberto R.
