Alumni Circle member Gloria Romero-Roses ( BBA ’92) of The Continental Group experiences the classroom in a different way—as a role model for students.

Romero-Roses headed back to the classroom recently to share her insights and experiences during Management and International Business associate professor Deborah Vidaver-Cohen’s Strategic Management class. Through a fun exercise, students were able to choose whether they would pick change, if they had the option, and to decide how to manage change appropriately.
