The School of Accounting has established the Manuel Dieguez Student Support Endowment Fund in honor of his 32 years of service. As a CPA himself, Manuel Dieguez has been committed to assuring that students have the tools to enter the profession. Hodgetts, an accomplished Florida International University (FIU) professor and prolific author who taught for more than 25 years in South Florida, including in the college’s Department of Management and International Business. Throughout his career he won many awards and touched the lives of many students. The scholarship will benefit juniors and seniors in the Department of Management and International Business.
