As the academic year draws to a close, College of Business students shared a night of networking and reflection with the mentors that have shared career advice, industry-specific insights and real-world business experience.
The College of Business’ year-end reception for the Mentor Program was held April 9 at Smith + Wollensky.
As some students prepared for graduation and others planned for the 2015-2016 academic year, they highlighted how mentors supported them through ups and downs, helped them build career networks, and guided them to develop the skills necessary to become better professionals.
Drawing applications from 90 students and 60 mentors, the 2014-2015 academic year’s program was the largest group since the College of Business initiated the program five years ago.
