MDO Partners has named Richard Montes de Oca (MBA ’00) as a partner. He was previously associate vice president and assistant general counsel at Royal Caribbean Cruises.

TotalBank promoted Thaymell Martin (BBA ’05) to senior vice president. He joined the bank in 2010 as managing director for the West Kendall Banking Center.

Ed Lamazares (MBA ’06) is now working with the business aviation team as vice president, sales strategy and development. He joined World Fuel Services in 2009 as director, global sales practices within the sales/marketing team.

TotalBank promoted Reynaldo Santana (MBA ’06, BBA ’01) to regional manager. He was most recently a debt restructuring officer.
